On Location Headshot Session - Session Fee: $250 - Our fee includes travel, your photography session, and professional image editing. You’ll receive fully retouched, high-quality images sized perfectly for your specific needs. We do not release unedited or unretouched files.
- 30-minute session -Â 2 retouched imagesÂ
- Choice of gray, white, or black backdrop - Other colors can be made available upon request before your scheduled session. One background option per session.
- Professional photo editing and retouching - Color corrections, dust spot clean up, wardrobe issues, fly-out hairs, are just a few editing steps each image will require; However, every image will need a different set of retouching steps, so it is rather impossible to list all the retouching needs of an image ahead of time. Extreme retouching requests can be accommodated for an extra hourly fee, but they are not encouraged due to ethical concerns. The goal is for you to look your natural best and not become unrecognizable to your family, friends, and business colleagues.Â
- What to Wear for Your Headshot Session - For the best results, choose simple, solid-colored tops; Avoid V-necks, jewelry, or clothing with busy patterns. Avoid grays, bright greens, orange, and red, as these colors can clash with backgrounds or draw attention away from your face.
For gentlemen:Â A well-fitted polo or button-down shirt works perfectly, and the same applies regarding colors and patterns as suggested above.
 - Image sizes: Images are delivered sized based on your requested use; e.g., LinkedIn, personal websites, social media accounts. However, if print versions are needed for branding materials, those are available upon request for an additional fee.Â

For outdoor photoshoots, please avoid railroad tracks, wrought iron or other types of distracting fences, and areas that are too close to highways or busy roads in general.Â
